will be held in Alghero, a town of approximately 45,000 residents in the northwestern region of Sardinia Island, situated in the Mediterranean Sea. The town is home to the Architecture department of the University of Sassari and is the third university center on the island. The conference will take place at the end of June when the weather is sunny, with mild temperatures ranging from 18 to 28 degrees Celsius. The conference venue is located in the historic center of Alghero, which is one of the best-preserved locations in Sardinia, enclosed by strong fortifications on the sea. The city developed in the 14th century under the kingdom of Aragon and received the title of royal city. Its inhabitants call it Barceloneta, the little Barcelona, as it was populated by Catalan settlers, and a variant of the Catalan language is still spoken in Alghero.
