Getting to the University of Copenhagen

There is a link to a sign-up page available, where you can write arrival and departure dates, special dietary requirements, whether you want us to organize your hotel or if you will do that by yourself (if you prefer another hotel), and whether you will participate in the dinners. Please note that you should pay the costs by yourself in advance, the sign-up through the coordinator's link is final – if you want to do changes later you have to talk directly to the hotel. These hotels are relatively close to the university (1.7 and 2.2 km), if someone prefer more centrally placed hotels they have to book these hotels by themselves.
